JOY DIET


THERE ARE FOOD THAT MAKE YOU CALM YOUR BRAIN AND ALSO MAKE YOU HAPPY.BUT FOR A MEAL TO BECOME A JOYOUS EXPERIENCE , HOW YOU EAT IT AND WHO YOU HAVE AS COMPANY MATTERS AS MUCH AS WHAT’S PLACED AT YOU PLATE.

HAPPY FOODS:

THE FOODS THAT ARE RICH IN VITAMINS, MINERALS AND FATTY ACIDS PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN MAINTAINING NORMAL BRAIN FUNCTION AND A HEALTHY COGNITIVE SYSTEM. THESE FOODS INCREASE HAPPINESS QUOTIENT IN HUMANS AND DECREASE THE QUOTIENT OF DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY.

THE DIET PLAN:

Eggs (for breakfast).

Cocoa with cinnamon and low-fat milk.

Walnut and flaxseeds.

Barley and Quinoa.

Broccoli ,spinach ,tomatoes and cherry.

Dark chocolate (two cubes only)

Chicken

Probiotic yogurt and drinks

Green beans and sweetcorn

Salmon , trout and other fishes

Five grains bread

Brown rice

Hydrating fruits like water-melon (before lunch or dinner)
